These Terms govern your use of the SKYLedger cloud accounting service (“Service”) operated at skyledger.cc. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and on /pricing.
Your accounting data belongs to you. We store it in a workspace isolated from other customers. You may export it at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days to allow re-activation, after which it may be deleted.
You agree not to use the Service to (a) store data you don’t own or have rights to, (b) attempt to interfere with other customers’ workspaces, (c) reverse-engineer the platform, or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when practical.
You can cancel any time from the customer portal. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active through the paid period.
The Service is provided “as is.” Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced 30 days in advance by email.
