SKYLedger takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account info: email, full name, billing address, and any data you enter in the onboarding wizard (industry, team size).
• Accounting data: the customers, invoices, bills, and journal entries you create inside your workspace.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We only store a customer id and a subscription id — card numbers never touch our servers.
• Usage logs: standard server logs for security and debugging.

How We Use It

To operate and improve the Service, process your subscription, send transactional emails (receipts, verification, password reset), and respond to support requests.

Data Storage

Each workspace runs in its own container with its own PostgreSQL database. Your data is not commingled with other customers’ rows. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
• Cloudflare — DNS, TLS, and DDoS protection.
• QuickBooks Online — only when you connect it and only for the data you authorize.

Your Rights

Export your data at any time from the workspace. Email [email protected] to request deletion. We retain canceled accounts for 30 days before permanent deletion.
